Horse Spirit Wisdom and Healing Arts evolved from my lifelong love of horses and my passionate interest in holistic health and the spiritual/meditative arts. Located on a 70 acre farm in Berlin, Md., "Solas Aisling" (pr.so-las ash-ling) meaning "radiant or bright healing vision" in Irish, is a tranquil retreat for body, mind and spirit. Abundant with wildlife, deer, wild turkey, fox, and groundhog are often seen, as well as, red tail hawks, eagle, and many song birds who also make this their home.

Tucked in this vibrant community of the natural world is our yurt/classroom, with several miles of trails just outside the door. In the yurt, we have weekly Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation classes along with a monthly Drumming/Journey Circle on the 1st Friday evening of the month 6:30-8:30pm April thru November. There are also special workshops scheduled throughout the year. I am happy to announce we have recently partnered with www.DelmarvaBirthServices.com and will now be offering Prenatal Yoga and Blessingway Ceremonies for the mother-to-be.
The Horse Spirit Wisdom Program is an opportunity to explore our inner awareness and facilitate self growth and while learning healing skills to help our equine friends and ourselves. This program is open to the experienced, as well as, those new to horses, as all interaction with the horses is done on the ground. Our equine facilities include a 9 stall barn with concrete aisleway, wash stall, indoor arena, and outdoor round pen.The Horse Spirit Healing page gives information about the Equine Massage and other services/consultations that I offer. Private sessions are available for people, as well as animals, in the arts of Reiki, Bach Flower Essence Therapy, Shamanic Healing and Herbal Consultation. In the studio or interacting with our herd of Arabian Horses, there are many offerings to nurture the spirit and expand your awareness. Weekly Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation, along with workshops in Herbal Healing, Reiki, Horse Spirit Wisdom-An Equine Experiential Learning Program, Shamanic Journeying, and Drumming. Private Wellness Consultations are also available incorporating any or all of these experiences. It is a sincere hope that you will visit, partake in a workshop, class or have a private session in our yurt studio, and allow this sacred land and it's inhabitants to revitalize your well being.
